The fitness training program FIT-5 was held at multiple locations across India.The program was designed for people with IDD (Intellectual Disability Disorder).The records held between 5th April 2022 to 07 April 2022.
Special Olympics Bharat offers training and competition opportunities in 25 Olympic-style individual and team sports for persons with intellectual disabilities. It organise training and competitions at local, district, state, national and international levels.
The Mission Statement of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
