BUSINESS ACHIEVER (BA) is an initiative by World Talent Organization, USA to recognise and encourage organisations/ leaders who exhibit creativity, innovation, and a quality culture. The goal of the BA is to recognise individuals, businesses, and organisations who excel in their respective fields.
BUSINESS ACHIEVER recognition, and felicitation aims to acknowledge, celebrate, recognise, and reward excellent achievements in transformative strategies and process management by businesses and individuals. The Certification honors accomplishments made by companies and individuals that are broadly equivalent. WTO encourages organizations and people to innovate, adopt shared services or deploy best practices as an effective business strategy to deliver business value.
Who can apply for business achievers?
Businesses of all sizes, start ups or established individuals/ organisations from private or public sector from all over the world.
Selection Process
1. Jury Review
The Jury chair and panel will check for the parameters for short-listing of individuals/ organizations as exemplary leaders & exemplary achievers for felicitation.
2. Information
The particulars relating to the short-listed individuals/ organizations are drawn from primary and secondary sources of published information available as well as previous interactions with such leaders and collated for discussion with the Jury panel for selection.
3. Selection
Based on the chosen parameters and the above particulars, the Jury panel will select the Leader/ Organization in the different services spaces across the globe for felicitation.
4. Communication
The leader/ organization(s) are individually communicated of their selection for felicitation and are requested to honor their presence for felicitation.
Eligibility Criteria For Participation
- The participating leader/ organization should have its government registered/ operational office in India and carrying out business in India.
- The business should be running from last minimum 1 year.
- The business must be working Government taxation and filing taxes as per country’s income tax act.
- The business must have a physical address/office in the registered city.
- The categories may be changed / modified / split / merged /increased or cancelled by the Management or by Jury based on the number of entries received in any category and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The management will not entertain any queries in this regard.

Call for Entries & Participation
- Participants can apply for the by completing the application form.
- The application form is available through ‘Channel Partners’.
- Participant need to duly fill all the information points in the Application Form.
- A Participant can apply for the multiple entries in multiple categories at the same time.
- The management has the right to reclassify application form/ forms from one category to another, at their discretion.
Submission of Entries
- Participation in the certification in any manner will be construed as an acceptance to the ‘terms and conditions’ stated herein.
- Completeness of entries/ disqualification.
- All mandatory fields on the application form need to be filled; else it may be disqualified from participation.
- The entries will be accepted in English language only.
- The details of the work submitted by the Participant must be original in nature.The Management shall have the right to disqualify any participant in case of any violation of terms or in case of any third-party claim relating to IP infringement or any third party right.
- Any work, if found to be copied/ replicated/ influenced/ redone by an existing campaign will not be permitted to participate.
- If work submitted by the participant for the certification including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights therein, will be owned by the management.
Timelines
- The defined timelines are subject to change based on circumstances, if required.
- Management/ Organizer shall not be held accountable/ liable for any disruptions/ stoppages/ interruptions or cancellation of the or its ceremony or any part of its processes because of any factors which are beyond its control.
- All payments for all associations need to be completed in a stipulated time frame/ advance as per official conversation over email.
Additional Information
- Participants may be contacted for any additional information to verify the information provided. Such information sourced from the participants will become part of the original application.
- Management has the right to ask for the documented proof of the information provided. If such a request is made and the participant does not comply within 5 working days from the date of request, the participant may be disqualified from the participation.
- The participant hereby irrevocably authorizes the Management to use the data gathered during and/or the in respect of the participants. This shall be the property of organizers will be entitled to use the same in its communications including marketing promotions and advertisements.
- Under no circumstances, the nomination or any other participation amount will be refunded.
