Job Description:

As a World Record Official Adjudicator at the World Talent Organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of world record verification and adjudication. You will be a vital part of our mission to promote excellence and celebrate human achievements worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous assessments and verifications of potential world record attempts.
  • Adjudicate record attempts at events and locations across the globe.
  • Work closely with record holders and participants to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and fellow adjudicators to validate records.
  • Uphold and enforce WTO World Records’ guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all adjudications and documentation.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable representative of the World Talent Organization at events.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and organizations attempting world records.
  • Stay updated on current world record trends and accomplishments in various categories.


Minimum requirement: A college degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Sports Management, or a related discipline.


  • Previous experience in event management, sports management, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Experience in adjudicating or overseeing record attempts is preferred but not mandatory.


  • Familiarity with current world record trends and accomplishments in various categories.
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of adjudicating world records.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct rigorous assessments and verifications.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of guidelines and standards related to world records, preferably experience with WTO World Records’.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with record holders, participants, witnesses, and fellow adjudicators.
  • Ability to represent the World Talent Organization professionally at events.
